The Bachman Company, manufacture of Quality Snack Foods, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Reading manufacturing operation. This person will be responsible for managing the activities of hourly union maintenance personnel while safely and effectively meeting the maintenance needs of all departments in the plant. Hands on experience with vertical form fill and seal packaging equipment, A/B PLC, VFD and utilizing a software-based maintenance PM program.

Must have minimum of 7 years experience in food manufacturing, 5 years in Supervisory capacity. High School Diploma, GED or vocational school required. Other maintenance related training or education is highly desirable. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
