Where are you located?
     The Bachman Company has two Pennsylvania manufacturing facilities. One plant is in Reading, Berks County and one in Ephrata, Lancaster County. We're in Pennsylvania Dutch Country in Pretzelvania®! Our corporate offices are also in Reading, Pennsylvania.
 
Can I purchase stock in your company?
     The Bachman Company is a privately held company with no public stock options available.

How do I read the date codes on your bags and boxes?
     The dates stamped on our products are the suggested "sell by" date. The items are guaranteed fresh ten (10) days past the suggested "sell by" date. Letters appearing with the date help us identify internal production pertaining to the specific production run.
  
If I want to contact you with a product comment, where do I write?
     If for any reason you write regarding an item, please include the date, as well as the letters appearing with the date, the price you paid for the item, where you purchased the item, and cut and enclose the UPC information. Normally the UPC is on the back of the bag or the bottom of the box. Please include contact information for yourself in your correspondence. Mail this to: The Bachman Company, Attn: Quality Assurance, PO Box 15053, Reading, Pennsylvania   19612-5053.

If I want to purchase the ORIGINAL J.S. Bachman pretzel, which pretzel do I want?
     Bachman Twists ("Classic" Twists) are the same pretzels J.S. Bachman created in 1884 in his pretzel bakery.
  
Which JAX® variety is the ORIGINAL style?
     Baked JAX® are the original style of this brand. "Crunchy" JAX® are fried, not baked.
 
Why is there a "hump" in the middle of some of your pretzels?
     That's a Twisted pretzel! The "hump" is created when the two strands of pretzel dough literally "twist" during the manufacturing process. Every Bachman Twist and Butter Twist pretzel is individually twisted, not extruded. This is very unusual in today's pretzel world.
 
Who can I talk with if I can't find your Bachman products in my local store?
     Print our "Dear Store Manager" letter and give it to the manger of your local store. It lists product details, as well as, contact information for The Bachman Company.
